Jackson County, Ore. -- They spent the last four days getting educated about what's being called the most complex measure on any ballot in the state.  Now, members of a citizen panel release their findings on Jackson County's Controversial GMO measure.

The citizen's panel wrapped up their last day of a 4 day process Wednesday.  This panel is made up of 20 randomly selected Jackson County residents. Their identities were being kept a secret for fear of attempted sway from partisan groups. The group was put together by the non-profit organization Healthy Democracy Oregon who aims at educating voters.

The panel was educated by representatives on both sides of the GMO issue. Their findings released on Healthy Democracy Oregon's website.
Their findings show the top 5 arguments for and against the measure and also key findings of the measure.
