GMO food labeling initiative approved for Colorado's November ballot - 7NEWS Denver TheDenverChannel.com:

DENVER - This November, Coloradans will be able to vote on Proposition 105. The initiative would make food companies label products that contain Genetically Modified Organisms or GMOs.
"Right to Know Colorado" insists GMOs are harmful and supports the initiative which would required food that has been genetically modified or treated with genetically modified material to be labeled "Produced With Genetic Engineering" starting on July 1, 2016.
Others, like spokeswoman Sara Froelich for the "Colorado-based Coalition Against the Misleading Labeling Initiative" says Proposition 105 will raise food prices and hurt local farmers.
